Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Pretty Little Presents, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition  
- Items must be returned in their original packaging  
- Proof of purchase is required  

To start a return, please contact us at hello.prettylittlepresents@gmail.com or prettylittlepresentsuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made products  
- Perishable goods (if applicable, e.g. food items)  
- Gift cards  
- Items marked as final sale  

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, please email us at hello.prettylittlepresents@gmail.com or prettylittlepresentsuk@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including:
- Your order number  
- A description of the issue  
- Clear photos of the item  
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologise.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will:
- Offer a replacement where possible, or  
- Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable  

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect  
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method  
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider  

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Check your bank account again  
2. Contact your payment provider
